Red is an artist, and like any good artist this means she makes people think. She doesn't seek to influence or create controversy, but once you get a population thinking there are always those in power who become afraid. Red is fearless in bringing her message through her music to the people of Cloudbank, and what they take from it is up to them. That being said she is aware of the potentially dangerous effect her music could have, even if she doesn't intend to be a dangerous provocateur. Somewhat hypocritically it's clear that Red has political ideals and motivations, and she encourages people to look to her for hope.

She's also fearless in her taking up the weapon Transistor to fight the Process machines which take over the city. She's a seemingly naturally gifted fighter, good at coming up with plans in a split second, and perseveres through great hardship and heartache. Red seems in good physical shape and shows dexterity and athleticism in her fighting ability.

Red also appreciates honesty, and takes pleasures in aesthetic beauty, and simple pleasures. The clothing she wears for her concert performance are classy and pretty, the advertisement posters the same, and Red stops throughout the game to admire spots in the city such as reflecting pools, scenic spots, and favorite buildings. It's obvious she likes her city and the people in it, even if she's had problems with a few of the citizens. Red respects that people have different opinions and she isn't shy about sharing her own.

It should also be mentioned that Red had gone to a prestigious school and there she created an arts program that flourished. I think this showcases that she enjoys interacting with people, helping people, and teaching people.

Combat: Red wields a great-sword like weapon called the Transistor. Re the wiki: "The Transistor's main utility comes in the form of multiple Functions, which grant it the ability to increase its functionality in shaping Cloudbank. Red uses them solely for combat. Functions are derived from coming in contact with one's Trace. There are sixteen equippable Functions.

The only Function that is not explicitly stated to be derived from a Trace is Turn(), a Function that allows the Transistor to pause time and queue up movements and attacks, allowing the user to plan attacks against the Process. Turn() is a function innate to the Transistor, as demonstrated when Royce is able to commence his own Turn() when using his own Transistor."
